Do Wi-Fi cameras need internet?
They need Wi-Fi to view on your phone. Recording to the SD card continues even if the internet goes down.
Will it work during load-shedding?
The camera needs power — a small UPS for the router and camera keeps it running during load-shedding.
Wi-Fi or wired CCTV — which is better?
Wi-Fi is perfect for 1–3 cameras in a home or small shop. For 4+ cameras or outdoor-heavy sites, a wired CCTV system is more reliable and better value.
How long is recording stored?
A 64 GB card typically holds about 7–10 days, depending on settings.
