How many cameras do I need for my house?
Most homes need 4 cameras: main gate, car porch, back side and one inside. We confirm the exact number free during the site survey.
2MP or 5MP — which should I buy?
2MP (Full HD) is great value for homes and small shops. 5MP gives noticeably sharper detail — better for faces at a distance, wide areas and number plates.
How many days of recording will I get?
With a 4-camera 2MP system and 500 GB hard disk you get about 2 weeks of 24/7 recording, and longer with motion-only recording. Try our recording calculator in the CCTV Guide.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system includes free mobile app setup so you can watch live and play back recordings from anywhere.
Is cable included in the price?
Yes — the cable length listed for each package is included. If your site needs more, extra cable is charged per metre.
